1. Who you are dealing with

TraceB2B is provided by LW Data Labs LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17048417, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying credits you agree to these terms. If you are using TraceB2B for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

2. What the service is

You describe who you sell to. We show UK companies that have recently shown a public buying signal, with a short note written by an AI model on why they may be worth contacting, and, for a fee, a business contact for a decision maker there. The notes are generated automatically from public facts and may be imperfect; check anything you rely on.

3. Accounts

• You need an account to unlock contacts. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think your account has been used without your permission.
• A password account must confirm its email address before it receives its free credits.
• One free allocation per person. Creating accounts to collect free credits more than once is not allowed and we may close such accounts.

4. Credits and payment

• Unlocking a contact costs 10 credits. If we find no contact, you are not charged. Unlocking the same company again is free.
• New verified accounts receive 20 credits free. Further credits are sold in packs through Stripe at the prices shown when you buy. Prices include VAT where it applies.
• Credits do not expire while your account is open. They are not refundable for cash and cannot be transferred.
• Cancellation rights. Credits are digital content supplied immediately. By buying you ask us to add them straight away and acknowledge that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ends once you start using them. If you buy by mistake and have used none of the credits, email us within 14 days and we will refund you.

5. Bad contacts

If a contact we supplied is wrong (the email bounces, the person has left, it is the wrong company), report it from the contact card within 14 days of unlocking it and the credits are returned. Up to five reports a month are refunded automatically; further reports are reviewed by a person. A refunded contact is withdrawn.

6. Using the contacts

You are responsible for how you use what we supply. In particular:

• You must comply with UK GDPR and PECR. Limited companies and LLPs can usually be contacted on a legitimate-interests basis with a clear opt-out; sole traders and partnerships count as individuals and need prior consent for marketing email or text.
• You must honour opt-outs and not send spam, threats or misleading messages.
• You may not resell, publish or bulk-export the data, scrape the service, or use it to build a competing database.
• You may not use the service to target or harass any individual.

7. Fair use and availability

Searches are rate limited and the service may be unavailable from time to time, including for maintenance. We may change features, prices for future purchases, and these terms; material changes are emailed to account holders 14 days before they take effect.

8. Liability

We supply information to help you prospect; we do not promise that any company will buy, that any contact is current, or that the service is free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

9. Closing your account

Email [email protected] and we will close your account and delete your data within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy. Unused credits are forfeited on closure unless clause 4 applies.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
